Investing in a public company provides little, if no, dividend yield which does not guarantee a return for one’s investments. Though some stock market software would provide a good return of investments for some public companies, not every company would be receiving the same feedback. Although stock increase is not greatly assured for all private companies, public ones have higher possibilities of plunging itself downward.

Moreover, the market for mining products is still yet to be developed and enhanced. With the current problems the industry is facing and the improvements it still has to undergo, investing in one of the major parts of the market might prove to be not a very good decision after all. Its relative high dependence on several and different corporations might turn out to be a liability rather than an advantage.
